Tigers and Trees

I promised a tiger picture! Here is the cub that chased the wild boar that got away. Mum was hiding in the long grass; resting in the heat of the day, only the tips of her ears, a playful paw and the swish of a tail somewhat visible. The carcass of a less fortunate boar was also lying prone, a treepie showing interest in it had her swat at the bird lazily.

My favourite peacock picture.

I already miss my uttapam breakfasts.

I saw but a tiny part of India, full of contrasts. It has much to offer. Of course, we were fortunate to have a good guide, and stay in excellent accommodation. But I have grown little brain hooks now, and news about India will be digested with new insight.

What’s my name?
